In this new series, we will be setting our expectations for our dance families, sharing the best practices for communicating those expectations, and how to answer all the questions before all the questions are even asked. This series will lead right into the next series where we will be answering the most frequently asked questions we get from caregivers time and time again. 

My hope is to bring a different perspective to this conversation so we can shift from thinking it’s us against them (the parents) to it’s us (parents, teachers, studio owners) for them (the children). By tackling one parent problem at a time, we can create systems and grow in confidence knowing that we are, in fact, better together.
